Deepening Industrial Chain Collaboration—Shenzhen Zhongqu Motor and Suzhou Tiejin Electromechanical Successfully Sign Agreement, Witnessed by Sun Jianjiang

On March 6, Shenzhen Zhongqu Motor Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Tiejin Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. held a contract-signing ceremony in Shenzhen. Sun Jianjiang, a leader of the Wujiang District Committee of Suzhou, attended and witnessed the signing. Chen Jianzhong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Wujiang District Committee and a leader of the Party Working Committee of the Fenhu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, along with other relevant leaders, as well as Kuang Gangyao, Chairman of Zhongqu Motor; Zhong Pingxian, General Manager of Zhongqu Motor; Chen Zhiqiang, Chairman of Tiejin Electromechanical; and the management teams and technical backbones of both companies, all took part in the event. This signing represents an important practical step in industrial innovation collaboration between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, marking the beginning of in-depth cooperation between enterprises in the two regions in the fields of precision transmission and power systems, and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.

This collaboration is centered on technological complementarity, industrial synergy, independent innovation, and mutually beneficial win-win outcomes. It focuses on the core areas of high-speed power systems and ultra-precision miniature bearings, aiming to promote the domestic substitution of critical components and comprehensively enhance the industry chain’s capacity for self-reliance and controllability. Leveraging their respective technological strengths, the two parties will jointly develop integrated “power system + precision transmission” solutions, striving to set a new benchmark for cross-regional collaborative development in advanced manufacturing and to help China’s high-end equipment industry achieve breakthroughs in core technologies.

Wujiang is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone for Integrated Ecological and Green Development, boasting five industrial clusters each with an output value exceeding RMB 100 billion and a well-developed advanced manufacturing ecosystem. Zhongqu Motor, recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative “Little Giant,” and the Guangdong Provincial Champion in Single-Specialty High-Speed Motor Manufacturing, has been deeply engaged for many years in the R&D and manufacturing of high-speed brushless motors and hub-mounted servo motors. Its independently developed 120,000-rpm high-speed motor technology has broken foreign monopolies, with products now exported to more than 70 countries and regions worldwide, accounting for 70% of its overseas market share. Zhongqu Motor has become a core supplier to renowned brands such as Dyson, Shark, LG, Samsung, Panasonic, MTG, Haier, Midea, Xiaomi, and Dreame, holding over 106 core intellectual property rights, including two international invention patents and seven national invention patents, with core performance reaching internationally leading levels. Tiejin Electromechanical is a nationally recognized “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” Little Giant enterprise that has focused on the R&D and manufacturing of ultra-small precision bearings for 13 years, achieving an 80% rate of self-owned equipment and successfully breaking long-standing foreign monopolies. Its products are widely used in high-end equipment, medical devices, embodied robotics, the low-altitude economy, and other fields, filling multiple domestic technological gaps. The strong alignment between the two companies’ technologies and industrial chains lays a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.

Signing and implementation mark the beginning of a new chapter in end-to-end collaborative synergy.

During the ceremony, the two parties formally signed a strategic cooperation order. Tiejin Mechanical & Electrical will custom-manufacture and supply high-precision, ultra-miniature bearings for Zhongchu Motor, comprehensively enhancing the operational stability, precision, and service life of high-speed motors and ensuring precise matching of core components.

Kuang Gangyao stated that this collaboration is an inevitable choice for fostering synergy across the industrial chain, and that the two parties will in the future deepen joint R&D efforts, tackle key core technologies, and jointly capture a leading share of the global high-end power equipment market. Chen Zhiqiang noted that the company will take this signing as an opportunity to further strengthen industrial linkages between Shenzhen and Wuhan, thereby driving breakthroughs on both the technological and market fronts.

Sun Jianjiang extended his congratulations on the signing and highly commended the company’s commitment to independent innovation. He emphasized that Wujiang will continue to optimize the business environment, provide end-to-end support services throughout the entire project lifecycle, and fully facilitate the deepening and substantive advancement of cooperation between the two parties. At the same time, he welcomed Zhongqu Motor to establish its R&D center and manufacturing base in Wujiang, jointly creating a new model of industrial synergy characterized by “R&D in Shenzhen, manufacturing in Wujiang.”

This signing marks a significant achievement resulting from the strategic alliance and complementary strengths of enterprises from the two regions, and serves as a landmark event in the deep integration of industrial resources between Wujiang and Shenzhen. Moving forward, the two sides will take order-based collaboration as a starting point to expand cooperation across the entire value chain—ranging from R&D and manufacturing to market development—accelerate the commercialization of core technological breakthroughs, help China’s high-end manufacturing sector break through bottlenecks and achieve upgrading, and make a greater contribution to the construction of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological and Green Integrated Demonstration Zone.
